Hi fellow educators, I have 2 questions that i'm stuck on/unsure off.

1. What is the award for childcare Educators in a Long Day Care Service? not entirely sure on how to research this question, I have typed in "children's services award wages" but I don't know what I am suppose to be looking at.

2. List 3 areas of the award that you think are relevant to a new Certificate 3 employee.
Does this mean, responsibilities or qualifications?
