Hi,
I just have a question I am stuck on and not sure what direction i should be looking.
The is the scenario:
A parent comes in to make a complaint about one of the other staff members who works in the same room as you. The parent says the staff member ignores her child and often yells at her.
QUESTION:
List the relevant sections of the Education and Care Services National Regulations, National Quality Standards and service policy that you would refer to in this matter
