I think I may have found finally found the info. This really had me stumped because like you all I was getting was info on the ecological model. I've been searching for a couple of days and I got something! I think interrelating systems refers to:

Immediate environment
Relationships/ Connections
Indirect influences
Culture

No worries! This is a really hard question and it's even harder knowing that what you answered in the first place was wrong. There is no information about it I could find except for the link I posted above. It's frustrating when you can't find any info isn't it!
