hi guys im having a hard time with my assignment on the scenarion Stella and Roberto....has anyone completed this or could anyone point me in the right direction?

I am having trouble with the first second and fourth answer..

1. Outline how the service could create a welcoming environment for all families, remember to include how the service will respond to Stella and Roberto as a new family.

2. How would you respond to Stella’s questions and concerns about Roberto’s potential health issues? How would you ensure these concerns are followed up in a prompt and courteous way? What procedures/policies would you need to make her aware of in the event of an incident affecting Roberto?

4. What other information about the operation of the service should be made available to Stella?
