Part C Observation
I have to make observations for 3 children, consisting of 5 formal observations. So far I have done anecdotal, running record, and jotting. I just found out today that
jotting should not be under the formal observation. Ok then I have to find another type of formal observations. I choose Checklist. But I don't know where to start.
Should I observe the child first then determine the items in the checklist, or the other way around?
How should I determine the items in the checklist?
Do you know any good reference or website to give samples of all
formal observations?
