Post by Klara97 » Sat Apr 23, 2016 1:43 pm

Hi I would just like to know if this is ok as the answer for this question

Task 2

Identify and describe the strategies you use to ensure that you support and respect the children in your care

this is what I have written down

: Communicate to children at all times In a positive and friendly manner.
: Show empathy, care and attention towards children at all times.
: Children have the right to participate and join in on all activities and learning activities.
: Children have the right to speak up and to communicate to the educators if they have any concerns.
: Educators are to attend to the daily needs of all children who are receiving care within the centre.
: Organise activities with the children that are based around their interests, hobbies and ideas.
: Provide children the opportunity to explore a learning environment that has as much play as possible within the learning environment.
: Support and assist children when mat sessions are being carried out and encourage all children to participate.
: Communicate and work together with all educators to make sure that children who are receiving care are supported and respected.
: Educational rooms are structured to the interests and ideas of the children.
: Provide children with a caring, warm, nurturing, supportive and respectful environment at all times within the early learning centre.
: Educators are to communicate in a positive, professional and friendly tone and way when communicating with all parents that have children who are attending the centre.

Regards

Klara
