CHCECE007 - Promoting Positive Behaviour

Hi I am stuck on a question. write examples of how you promoted positive behaviour with babies and toddlers. then with 3 - 5 age group
My answer I had started was
H was standing on a chair. I asked to please sit down as we keep our feet on the floor.
I'm not sure if I am on the right path
