First, you need to read the following:
United Nations Rights of The Child
One you have read this, think about how you can use any of the points mentioned within a childcare setting....
For example: Article 31 - Children have the right to relax, play and to join in a wide range of leisure activities. Within a childcare setting you would set up a play based earning environment that offers children choices of different experiences that they can engage in.
