CHCECE004 - Allergy To Dairy Products

If a child had allergy to dairy products, what could you
a) Provide as an alternative to dairy in the menu?

b) Do to ensure there was no cross contamination between the dairy foods and other foods if you were serving breakfast

c)observe that would identify the symptoms of anaphylaxis?


Hello everyone, I'm working on this assignment since past 1 week and couldn't even answer 1 question, could anyone please help me with this question and if possible could anyone please help me with this whole assignment. I'm really worried about this assignment and im beginner for this course.
