Any idea of activity for preschooler that promotes healthy eating and drinks during meal time o snacks? except eating healthy :) with them ?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I was thinking about letting them eat fruit as a snack in a positive way but waht's first?
