MY answer
National Quality standards:QA2 Children’s health and safety 2.1 Each child’s health is promoted. 2.1.1 Each child’s health needs are supported 2.1.2 Each child’s comfort is provided for and there are appropriate opportunities to meet each child’s need for sleep, rest and relaxation. 2.3 Each child is protected. 2.3.2 every reasonable precaution is taken to protect children from harm and any hazard likely to cause injury.
Regulation 114 Outdoor space- Shade, the approved provider of a centre based service must ensure that outdoor spaces provided at the education and care service premises include adequate shaded areas to protect children from overexposure to ultraviolet radiation from the sun.

You have addressed the National Quality Standard correctly. However you have not answered the question supplying the correct regulation. Consider a regulation based around sun protection policies and procedures.

Unfortunately you have still not listed the correct regulation, but you are close. Consider a regulation based around services

I found this:
114 - Outdoor space—shade

The approved provider of a centre-based service must ensure that outdoor spaces provided at the education and care service premises include adequate shaded areas to protect children from overexposure to ultraviolet radiation from the sun.

Penalty: $1000.

Ref: National Regulations
