Think about when you have discussed with children how their bodies work.
Outline details of the information you discussed.

I have no idea if they are asking in a sexual connotation or just normal like I know how my arms and legs work

No, not sexually! It could be something like how your eyes see, how you use your nose to smell, or when you eat and you feel full, or how you sweat when you run etc.
