CHCDIV002 - Resources For Health Of ATSI Clients

Research 10 specific resources which would support the delivery of health and/or community services to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander clients and increase participation and partnerships with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities. At least 1 resource must be applicable to the local community.
For each resource you are to provide reference information
- Title of the resource
- Author eg full name of government department or organisation
- Date of publication
- Website address
