CHCDIV002 Promote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Safety

Post by Felicia » Sun Nov 20, 2016 9:29 pm

Reading through the extract by Dr. D.R.Horton, list some cultural diversity factors within the indigenous community.

I know how to give the summary but diversity factors, I am a little lost. Can you please help shed some light on this question.

Could the diversity factors just be as simple as listing it from the article...

For example:
There were several hundred distinct languages (two-thirds of which are now extinct), each on average having several dialects. Songs, stories, dances, ceremonies, Dreamings and paintings were all owned in different ways depending on complex laws.
