Was hoping someone could help with clarifying a question for me in my CHCDIV001 unit. I have written down sections of my book that covers discrimination for the answer but I'm thinking its wrong.
Outline all the legal considerations, regarding cultural misunderstandings in the work place
If using the sections marked in my book i should be answering the question as
Racial Discrimination – protects individuals from being discriminated against based on their race and seeks to promote equality.
Equal Opportunity – each individual should be valued and treated with respect when it comes to their individual differences being gender, race, culture, religious belief or personal principles or beliefs.
Is that going down the correct path. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
