how can we seek the agreement of our client(child/family) before offering services?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
haven't did any thing....dont know what to do???

Typically when families enroll their child into daycare they receive a parent handbook which provides details on policies, procedures etc of the centre. Parents will also need to sign off that they have read and understood the information from the parent handbook. This is how we seek agreement with families.
