CHCCS400C - Reporting Mechanisms for Advocacy

Post by baykuh10 » Thu Dec 18, 2014 7:42 pm

Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHCCS400C - Work within a relevant legal and ethical framework
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Beginner

Your Question?
Conduct a library or internet search on advocacy services in your local area. Investigate the reporting mechanisms for each service.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I have conducted a search and found advocacy services in my local area, however, I have been unable to find the reporting mechanisms for each service. I am a little bit confused as to whether I am suppose to be talking about the reporting mechanisms within the advocacy workplace or the reporting mechanisms that I would follow as a child care worker to an advocacy service. I have been unable to find anything about the reporting mechanisms within the advocacy services as, in my eyes, this would be internal knowledge, not for the public.

Description and Message:
Does anyone have any tips?
Thanks in advance!!

For early childhood services I found the following:

Advocacy

For "reporting mechanisms" I think this may refer to e-mails, fax machine and telephone numbers, hotline services etc, where you can make any necessary reports to any of the advocacy services. I'm not sure if I'm right though...

Hope this helps,
