CHCCS400C - Legislation & Compliance

Hi,
Can someone please help? I want to clarify that the answer I have is correct for the question of "List 3 areas of legislation that Children's Services and Educators must comply with? My answer is The Federal law reform act (1995), Racial Discrimination Act (1975) and Human Right and Equal opportunities commission Act (1986). The text book states these as being of particular relevance to workers in children services. Alternatively should the answer be along the lines of Food safety legislation, child protection legislation and education and care services national regulations?
