Post by child#4 » Fri May 31, 2013 10:08 pm

Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHCCS400C
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Beginner

Your Question?
Describe the systems that might be put in place to ensure legal rights of clients are upheld and make certain cultral, linguistic and religious diversity are responded to appropriately.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I would like to know where i can get help in responding to this question please. Im thinking the answer is letting the supervisor know if there has been a situation and to handle it confidentialy.

I think for this question the "systems" they are referring too are the policies within a childcare. The policies can include:

- anti biased
- honoring diversity
- inclusion

These policies will state how the centre staff will respond to families of cultural, linguistic and religious diversity.

Hope this helps,
