Your Question?
The question I am being asked is - what must you do at work to ensure you meet your 'duty of care' obligations?
What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I am a little confused as to where I find this answer.... is duty of care specific to each service or across the board? Like providing safe environment away from harm
the next question goes onto asking me about negligence and the proof needed so again if someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
