Post by zaw.sincliar19 » Fri Jul 10, 2015 1:01 pm

hi im currently completing my diploma
im really stuck onto where I find some information on how certain acts and regulations are connected to childcare.
the question is in two parts it asks how the regulations are connected to childcare and then how I apply it within my job role.
I know most of them for the second part of the question but the first ones for most of them are confusing me.
the regulations or acts I have to discuss are as follows:
education and care services national law act 2010 and regulations
fair work act 20009
privacy act 1988
racial discrimination act 1975
child car restraints laws
child protection laws
disability services laws
equal opportunity laws
fire and emergency laws
family court laws
health laws
industrial relations laws
work health and safety laws
motor vehicle registration laws
public health laws
local government laws
workers compensation and injury management laws
environmental protection laws
please help me if anyone can

Hello!
Go to this website www.acecqa.gov.au and look up 'national regulations'.
Click on the browse tab at the top of the page and you can find information on the acts that way.
Everything you need to know about these things is in there.
Hope this helps.
