It says go to http://www.nhmrc.gov.au/_files_nhmrc/pu ... ts/n34.pdf and read. Questions is What are the recommended food groups for infants, children and adolescents??

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
My answer so for is:
breastmilk/formula - up to 6 mths. Introduce solids from 6 mths.
cereals - bread, pasta, rice, noodles.
vegetables & legumes.
fruit
milk, yoghurt, cheese & alternatives (soy milk, evaporated milk, almonds).
meat, fish, poultry & alternatives (eggs, peanuts, chick peas, canned beans).
extras (occasionally)


Description and Message:
Have had trouble finding the info at this website. Not sure if my answer is on the right track.
Any suggestion would be grateful.
