hi in my assignment it asks me what is healthy eating which I thought I knew but my accessor said I need more

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
my answer was- healthy eating means eating a wide variety of nutritious food, healthy foods contain all of the energy, minerals, vitamins and fibre the children need to grow.

please help me as my assignment is due on Tuesday and I cant seem to find what im looking for
