CHCCN301A Policy review Food Handling

Post by jkflynn » Sun Aug 19, 2012 3:40 pm

Hi everyone,
Am having trouble with how this report should be set out:
CHCCN301A – 1.7,
CHCCN303A ‐ 2.1‐2.4
Following the success of your newsletter article the Director has asked you to assist with policy reviews at your centre. This month’s policy for review is Food Handling, Preparation and Storage.
The Director would like you to research relevant sections of the Child Care Legislation and Quality Assurance Principles and present your findings to a team meeting. These findings are to be presented in a report format of how this will impact on the policy reviews.
Have a basic knowledge but could not find much in the CCL and QAP to help me with the info.
Any suggestions would be great, due tomorrow.
Karen

Wow thanks, they seem perfect. Will be an awesome help. Have not worked in childcare only pre-schools who do not have to cook so do not have the full policy.
Thanks again
K
