my answer: Inclusion support agencies
question 2: outline approaches/techniques you could take to manage cultural conflicts?
my answer:identify the similarity and differences between your cultural practice and those of the person in conflict with you and
acknowledge the differences and attempt to balance the interests. (am not sure of my answer)
in my assessment they have given a scenario regarding a child and their family who are refugees so one of the question was about support agencies. am i on right track giving the answer? and can anyone suggest me couple of the support agencies? and need help with the question 2.

I have a question regarding the answers do childcare services provide support agencies to the refugee families? And like migration support and support for refugees how do we support these agencies? I heard this for the first time about the support for refugees and migration support from the service.
