CHC30113 - Completing A Task Not Part Of Your Job Description

Post by lay79 » Tue Dec 02, 2014 11:48 am

Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHC30113
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Beginner

Your Question?
What would you do if something needed to be done that is not part of your job description? Normally this task is the responsibility of a more experienced and higher qualified member of staff but they are not available and you are pretty confident that you could do it yourself

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Before you do something make sure you understand and have a confident that you can do it or make sure you understand about responsibilities for that job description.

Description and Message:
Hi there, is there anyone out there could help me with my answer please? :sweating:
my assignment is due tomorrow!

thanks Lay

In my opinion:

You can attempt to do it yourself however you should get it checked by another higher qualified educator to see if it is acceptable and whether or not you should continue to complete the task yourself or wait for the higher qualified educator to return...

Hope this helps,
