Cert III n Childcare

On my assignment on Workplace Effectiveness

My Question 8 c; for T-True and F-False
Continuing professional education would guarantee a higher position in Early Childhood profession.
My answer was "T"
But i was told to recheck my answer?

No, I don't think it will guarantee a higher position, just because you may have the qualification it doesn't mean you will get a higher position. You need experience as well...
