Your Question?
Case study: cassie is supervising the preschool group in her outdoor play area when a co-worker Dianne calls her from outside asking her for help to move a table. Cassie is the only worker outside, but she knows her children well and thinks they'll be fine for a few moments while she's inside. She helps Dianne while walk back outside she here's screaming, Riley one if the children in her group had falling from a climbing frame and was lying in the ground holding his arm.
Q1: what legal obligation did cassie fail to meet?
Q2: did cassie meet her duty-of-care responsibilities to the children in her care? Yes/no explain answer
Q3: did she meet her duty-of-care responsibilities to her employer yes/no explan answer?
