Question 4.
D) a parent has complained about a seriuos incident which is a breach of legislation. What is the meanin of a serious incident? Specify the relevant regulation n penaly wothin ur response

Does it give information other incident being reported or is just in general?

If you check the National Regulations this gives you all the laws and regulations that the service must follo. It also details the penalty the centre will receive if a regulation gets breached. So, you can have a look at this document as well. In Google just search National Regulations childcare and you can download it.
