Learning Story - Bubbles - Learning Stories Template

This Learning Story template can be used for an individual child or for a group of children. It has been created to be included into a child's individual portfolio (LDC, FDC and OOSH) as it provides a simple format of documenting a learning story. It includes a title, photos, analysis of learning and an area to include the learning story itself.  

This Learning Story template consists of a fun bubble theme while still providing all the requirements of a leaning story. It also includes the following features:

• Room (changes for FDC & OOSH)
• Written By 
• 4 Photo Boxes
• Name of Children Involved Box
• EYLF Learning Outcome box (can be listed in number form e.g 3.2, 4.1,1.3 etc). 
• Analysis of Learning box
