The Family Life template provides a variety of different questions for families to fill in based upon family life, culture and traditions. In the questionnaire there are a total of 10 questions for families to complete. At the bottom of the template there is also linking to the Curriculum Plan which educators use to link experiences from using this source to the Program plan.
