The Monthly Observation Book consists of 3 different observation templates that can be used as part of the ongoing cycle of planning for children's individual learning. The templates include an Observation, A Learning Story, A Work Sample and a front page. This book can be used for each child on a monthly basis for their observations. This is a great way for Educators to observe children in a variety of different ways and to have a complete monthly observation booklet per child.
