From today (01 January 2022), pay and allowance changes will come into effect to the Educational Services Teachers Award, 2010 for ECT's in early childhood services.
Changes include - a new 5 level classification structure, new pay rates, changes to allowances including directors allowances based on the number of places in the services, educational leader allowance of $3845.14/ per year and more.
The wage table, classification levels and allowances has now been updated to reflect the new changes.
