You've Touched Our Hearts - Forms and Checklists

The You've Touched Our Hearts template is a FREE template and is for children to present to an Educator to show their appreciation. An educator can receive this from children on Early Childhood Educator's Day (2nd September), for the Educator's birthday or when an Educator leaves the centre. This template can be used in a variety of ways... children's fingerprints can be added in the heart with their names below in the textbox or children's names can be added into the hearts and a message can be added into the text field.
