Name Tags - Forms and Checklists

The Name Tag template enables educators to create individual name tags for each child. They can be used at the beginning of the year to learn new children's names, they can be used as part of class attendance by pinning them to a board once a child arrives and they can be used throughout the year as children learn their names. There are endless learning opportunities by using name tags.
