The Child Activity Review template can be used by children in OOSH services to review activities that they had engaged in throughout their time at the service. This information can then be used by educators to further plan or change activities based on the review by the children. The Child Activity Review forms can also be printed and added onto clipboards around the centre, near activities for children to fill out. This template includes:
