My Tree Of Strengths template can be used to record the details of a child's individual strength through completion of a goal. The main box is used for the goal. This can be linked to the EYLF Outcomes, MTOP Outcomes, Centre Philosophy, Group Goal or any other goal that you prefer. For the boxes surrounding the tree this is used to briefly jot down the points of how the child achieved their overall goal, making it part of their "strengths".
