The Don't Bottle It Up template is a great way to share positivity between Educators and Children. Educators can communicate with individual children why they think they are unique and add it to each child's portfolio. Educators can also share positivity with each other. On occasions such as an Educator's birthday or on Early Childhood Educator's Day these can be written by the Director and given to each Educator.
