The "Our Weekend" Family Input template is now available in MS Word format for Long Daycare and Family Daycare settings. This template is to be used for families to fill out based on the activities or events that the family were involved in over the weekend. This template offers an opportunity to gain parent involvement, through their feedback when they fill out this form. The information provided by the parents can then be linked to the curriculum plan through the experiences you plan.
The Our Weekend template is a very simple form for busy parents to fill out and gives an opportunity for families to be involved in their child's learning.
