The EYLF Achievement Report template is now available in MS Word format and can be used by educators in LDC, FDC and OOSH settings. This template is a yearly report based on the child's overall achievements within the 5 learning outcomes and also includes Belonging, Being and Becoming.
It' a simple report, which enables the educator to describe the achievements the child has completed for each learning outcome. It also includes Message from the Educator where the educator can add a small comment on the child's overall learning and development for the year.
