School Edited Child's School Photos

Kelly James, from Brisbane, was excited to receive her son's school photos but was disappointed when she noticed that the photos had been edited beyond recognition from her son's normal facial features.

Kelly had forked out $130 for the photographs "I just think it's completely unnecessary. As parents, we want these photos to reflect a moment in time of our kids,' Ms James said."

When comparing the school edited image to his normal shot, both images were vastly different "Every freckle, dimple, and hair out of place is a part of what makes them beautiful and unique to us, and that's what we want to remember.'

After talking to other Parents who were also less than thrilled with their children's school photos as well, Ms James realised that it was common for photographer's to photoshop and airbrush children's school photos.

"Every freckle, dimple, and hair out of place is a part of what makes them beautiful and unique to us, and that's what we want to remember".
