Topics covered include:
- What constitutes bullying, including discussion of examples from the childcare; disability; and aged care sectors
- Strategies for addressing unacceptable workplace behaviours
- How staff shortages; unskilled supervisors; a lack of training; and management’s quest to extract more value from employees, can all combine to promote a toxic culture
- How to foster an efficient, supportive and respectful work environment
