Daffodil Day is held on Friday 28th August. It is the Cancer Council’s annual campaign to raise funds for cancer research.

To get involved children can bring in a gold coin donation to go towards your services fundraiser for this event. Ideas for events at your service to raise awareness include:
- Dress up in yellow
- Create daffodil craft
- Decorate the centre yellow
- Plant daffodils seeds in the garden
- Make yellow cupcakes with yellow frosting
- Sell daffodils in small pots with money raised going to the cancer council
