Community Learning Story - Learning Stories Template

Creating a sense of community is an important part of the EYLF and how we engage with our local communities will have an impact on children and their families. Community involvement assists children to develop understandings of how society works to develop connections to the outside world. 

This learning story template can be used to write a narrative on a community experience that may have occurred within the service setting. It enables you to share community experiences with families as these can be added to individual portfolios and also be used as documentation to show how you effectively engage with the community.
