The What's Inside The Egg template is free to download. It's a note given to parents that explains that their child has brought a plastic egg home which they then have to find an item from home that fits inside the egg, parents will write clues of the item which the Educator will read out in class for the children to guess. It's similar to show and tell as children will have to describe what's inside their plastic egg and children will have to come up with ideas and the answer! This is a great little experience for preschool children to build their confidence and language skills and it's also a nice idea to get families involved.
This template includes:
- A Name Filed
- A Note To Parents
- A Return Date Field
- A Clue Card (which Educators can cut and read to the children for them to guess the item in the egg).
Note: Educators will need to purchase a plastic egg for families to participate in this experience.
