The Linking Outcome 1 Observation template is for Educators to use to observe children.
It is for observing an individual child under Outcome 1 - Children Have A Strong Identity. It also includes the sub outcomes for Outcome 1 which can be ticked during the observation to show how the child has achieved this specific outcome.
