EYLF individual Learning Outcomes based Child Observation templates for LDC and FDC settings are now available to download in MS Word format. There are 5 templates all together based on each of the EYLF Learning Outcomes. Each template is colour matched according to the 5 Learning Outcomes within the EYLF. These templates provide educators an opportunity to observe a child to the specific outcome.
