The Child Monthly Development Summary template can be used as a monthly jotting observation for each individual child. It enables educators to observe a child multiple times within the month and provide details of their behaviour, skills observed, interests and abilities. It also includes skills observed during the observation period and comments educators can make regarding the observation. This template can be used in LDC, FDC or OOSH settings.
