National Science Week is Australia’s yearly celebration of science and technology and is held this year from 14th to 22nd August.
The theme for National Science Week 2021 is Food: Different by Design. It honors the United Nations International Year of Fruits and Vegetables and the International Year of Creative Economy for Sustainable Development.
This celebration of science is an opportunity to acknowledge the contributions of Australian scientists to the world of knowledge. It also aims to encourage a wider interest in science pursuits and to encourage young people to be fascinated by the world.
