Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: Section 3 Provides for the children’s developmental needs
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

Your Question?
In planning activities for a group of children what information will you gather?
(In your answer ensure you cover children from 0-12 years. It may be useful to list the information under stages of development)

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Observe what the children like to touch experience and do in the different age groups and keep information regarding this. With books, Christmas and Easter decorations. This needs to reflect the children’s developing and physical abilities. By making cards to reflect the time of year. the assessor means development when walking before they start to run and then from running to jumping as they get older.
babies start by crawling then pulling and pushing before they stand and then walk.

You can find Child Stages of Development in Resources. Here you can find each age and stage of child development. This may help you with this question. The rest of your response is fine!
